Bookings
- All room rates and services are subject to 7% government tax and a 10% service charge.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. For credit card guarantees, the hotel requires the following written information: the cardholder’s name as it appears on the card, the card number, and the expiry date.
- FULL PREPAYMENT of room charges is required at the time of booking with non-refundable conditions. Payment for any additional services will be settled upon check-out. You will be charged in local currency.

Check-in & Check-Out
- Identification documents may include a passport, national ID card, or driver's license.
- Check-in time is at 15:00 hrs. and check-out time is at 12:00 hrs.
- Early check-in is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
- A deposit of THB 1,000 per stay for miscellaneous expenses is required upon check-in. This amount serves as a security deposit for any incidental charges during the stay and will be refunded at check-out, subject to hotel policies.
Children
- The prices for extra beds for children are not included in the total price and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- 0-2歲兒童可以要求嬰兒床，且不收取費用（視需求和住宿可用性而定）。
- Children aged 3 years and above requesting an extra bed will be charged THB 1,200 net.
