Bookings

  • All rates are subject to 18.7% of service charge, vat and provincial tax per room per night.
  • All reservations must be guarantee by a major credit card. For credit card guarantees, the hotel requires written information to include the name of the cardholder as it appears on the card, the card number and expiry date.
  • FULL PREPAYMENT of room charges is required at the time of booking with non-refundable conditions. Payment for any additional services will be settled upon check-out. You will be charged in local currency.
  • NO PREPAYMENT NEEDED - Pay at the hotel upon check in. You will be charged in local currency.
  • Guaranteed with Credit Card. NO PREPAYMENT NEEDED - Pay upon check in. You will be charged in our local currency.

  • Identification documents may include a passport, national ID card, or driver's license.
  • A deposit of THB 3,000 per night for miscellaneous expenses is required upon check-in. This amount serves as a security deposit for any incidental charges during the stay and will be refunded at check-out, subject to hotel policies.

Children

  • The prices for baby cot and extra beds for children are not included in the total price and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
  • 0-2歲兒童可以要求嬰兒床，且不收取費用（視需求和住宿可用性而定）。
  • Children aged 3-11 years old requesting extra bed, child extra bed rate applied (THB 890.- net).
  • Children aged above 12 years old requesting extra bed, adults extra bed rate applied (THB 1,780.-net).
  • Kids Eat Free, A maximum of 2 children under 6 years old will receive complimentary buffet meal when dining with 1 full price paying accompanying adult.

  • Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking is not allowed in any of our guest rooms. Dedicated smoking areas are available at designated outdoor areas.
  • Maximum occupancy of Superior Family Two Bedroom and Deluxe Family Two Bedrooms are 4 Adults + 1 child sharing existing bedding.
  • Maximum occupancy of Superior Room, Deluxe Room and Deluxe Sunset Room are 2 Adults + 1 child sharing existing bedding.
